This is a sky. A sky shared by everyone, with one star for each person who has passed through.
No sign-up required. You pick a region of the sky, write a signature — your signature, something that represents you — and that star stays there, at those exact coordinates, forever. You can add a short message next to it if you like, and download a PDF certificate with your signature, your coordinates and a code that proves you created that star.
There's no ranking. No competition. No goal to complete. Just a simple gesture: leaving a mark that you were here, in a place that doesn't change and that anyone can visit again.
Every signature is unique: once chosen, no one else can use it, and it can't be swapped for a different one — though if you make a mistake in your message, you can fix it with your edit code.

Is it free?
Yes, creating your star is free. No account or subscription needed.
How many stars can I create?
One per device every 7 days. It's a limit designed so each star stays a personal gesture, not something to be collected.
Can I choose any signature?
Any one that isn't already taken, 4 to 12 characters: letters, numbers and the symbols _ - ? !. Keep in mind that your signature, message, region and coordinates are public, so don't put anything there you'd rather keep private.
Can I edit my star after creating it?
The signature can't be swapped for another, but you can edit the message from "Manage your star" using the edit code included in your PDF. Keep it safe: whoever has that code can edit the star.
How do I find my star, or someone else's?
By signature, by coordinates, or by the PDF's verification code. You can also request a random star to explore the sky without searching for anything specific.
What if I lose my PDF?
You can still find your star again by searching your signature; the sky itself keeps it. What you won't be able to recover without the PDF is your edit code, so if you think you'll need it, save it somewhere else too.
Can someone delete my star?
Only if its content is unlawful or infringes someone's rights, and only after a manual review triggered by a report. There's no deletion for inactivity or age.
What happens to my data?
We keep only what the sky needs to work: your signature, your message, your coordinates and a technical identifier to prevent abuse. No sign-up, no personal data required. You can read the full detail in our privacy policy.
Why does this site exist?
Because almost everything shared online loses its point the moment it's been seen once. We wanted something different: an individual, real gesture that doesn't lose meaning if someone else does the same thing, and that can't be automated or replaced with a simple answer.
